Landlord's Forum:
We also run a landlords forum. The forum is run for accredited landlords only. We currently have two forums available to accredited landlords. One specifically for student landlords and one parent forum for all landlords. These are held twice a year.

Our Accredited property scheme has been running for over six years and has proved very successful we currently have over 1000 accredited lettings and our scheme was used as a case study for the ODPM's good practice guide. Details of our accredited property scheme can be found at
