My Landlord Law

This is the area of the site where your own personal information is stored.  You will be taken here when you log in, and it is also where you will go, while you are logged in, if you click the home page link.  You can also get to it at any time by clicking the orange button in the header at the top right of the screen.

The Blue bit - main account info

In the blue panel towards the top of the page you will see the following:

  • the Landlord Logo
  • Your name
  • Your profile picture (if you have loaded one up yet), and
  • A link to 'My Account'
  • A link to this help section

The Green bit - comments

This is where links to all your messages and comments are kept.  So you can see all the comments you may have made, for example on FAQ and the Q and A.  Or to this help section - see the comments box below.

There is also a link to the Landlord Law internal messaging system, where you can see your messages to all members, and read messages sent to you.

The Orange bit - data

there are three links here.

  • To the My Documents section where you can see the documents you have made using our document creation system (read more about this >> here)
  • To your saved bookmarks, and
  • To the members discussion forum.

The bit on the right

This is where messages from Tessa (the administrator) are displayed.

See the other pages in this section for more information on thise areas.

The boxes underneath

These are the same boxes linked to information landing pages that you see on the home page.

Use them to find your way to content, as an alternative to all the other links you will find around the site.

How do you access features...

... such as "big book?" I have cleared cached (stored information) but cannot find any information -- I consider myself as very computer literature - please help...

Hi TJW - I am so sorry, that

Hi TJW - I am so sorry, that was our fault.  The three month tenant membership which you have is very new and the permission settings had not been set properly for the big book.

I have now gone and corrected this so you should  now be able to see it.  If you come across any other pages or sections which you think you should be able to access but can't, please send me the url and I will take a look.
