* Offline membership. With this membership type, members are invoiced in advance and do not have to pay via the site online method. However as this is more administration there is a non refundable administration fee charged of £20. Offline membership is not available for standard membership.
** Free telephone advice. Annual members are entitled to a free telephone consultation - this can be about a landlord and tenant related legal problem or can be used for training on using the Landlord Law site. The telephone consultation will normally be for about 1/2 hour, and must be taken within the first 28 days after joining.
