Whats New on the Landlord-Law Site

Note that we are currently developing a new version of Landlord Law which is expected to go live at the end of June 2010. In view of this we will not be adding any new content to the current Landlord Law.

We are developing a list of HMO license fees which can be viewed in the Landlords HMO section. This is being updated frequently as we learn of new fees. If your Local Authority is not listed, please let us have their license fees if you are aware of them, so our list can be as complete as possible. The list is open access.
