Important note on information relating to lodgers:
We will be re-launching Landlord-Law in the summer and the new site will *not* contain any information on lodgers. This is now dealt with in our new service
the Lodger Landlord (which also has a
documents shop). However the existing guidance and lodger related forms will remain online here until that time.
