Enforcement services via Shergroup

We are pleased to be able to offer Landlord-Law members direct access to Shergroup, one of the High Court Sheriff's officers services for the enforcement of County Court and High Court judgements.

Many County Court judgements go unpaid, because claimants do not know how to enforce them or do not have access to specialist services. Shergroup are experts in enforcement and have been specialising in this work for many years.

Some of the links below will take you to pages where you will find information and guidance about particular enforcement procedures, plus instruction forms. The enforcement procedures below are not the only ones available, but they are the ones we think are most effective in a landlord and tenant context.

If you do not know which enforcement service will be best for you, or if you would like some general advice about recovering money due to you, why not use the FREE RINGBACK ADVICE SERVICE. For more information and an application form follow the first link below.

Finally, the Shercurity section of Shergroup offer security services, and landlord members may be interested in using these after recovery of possession of their properties. Follow the link to read about their special offer.
