Notice of Rent Increase
You can use this notice to increase rent, after the fixed term has expired. Note - do not use old printed forms as the format changed in April 2003. Although this form is specifically for properties in England, it will normally be accepted by the Welsh Rent Assessment Panel.

Housing Benefit Authority letter
If your tenants are in receipt of Housing Benefit you should try to get them to sign this authority, otherwise the Housing Benefit Office may be unwilling to provide you with information about the claim.
