New tenants: you should always check your tenants properly before letting them into your property. You will find links to some companies which offer this service on the mauve banner on your left. (Note that we are not receiving any commission from these companies and cannot give any warranties about their service). If you are doing a company let, you should also check that the proposed tenant is a genuine limited company. You can do this via the Companies House web-site - see the banner link on the left. The web-sites will all open in a new window.
