Notice (section 21 or 8) with service: 24 days must be allowed for the notice to be drafted and then be sent out to the process server and for the process server to attend the property.

If you require a notice to be served urgently, then this can be done but there will be a higher fee. Please email if you require details.

The Landlord-Law Eviction Service

In this section Landlord-Law annual members only can instruct us to evict tenants for for fixed fees. Please note the following important information:-

You must read the Explanatory Notes you will find here before instructing us
If the type of possession claim you require is not listed below, you should instruct us to advise and we will give preliminary advice, and an estimate for future work if appropriate
We will require payment in advance of the fixed fee before any work can be carried out - this can either be paid online by credit card, or by sending us a cheque
When instructing us you must complete our instruction form or we will not be able to carry out the work
If your internet software blocks popups, you will need to enable popups on the instruction forms, as popups are used here to warn you if the form is not completed properly. Forms not completed properly will not be sent, and we will be unable to do your work
The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and court fees
