When a new article is written it will be put first in this section. There is a new article most (although not all) months. Sometimes there will be two, or even more! Articles will relate to aspects of residential landlord and tenant law, and will often be on a topical subject. Only articles from the past three months will appear here. After that they will be moved to another part of the site (depending on their subject matter) or deleted.
