The amendments and bespoke agreements prices are for agreements based on our standard. If you want us to adapt your own tenancy agreement, there may be a higher charge.

Bespoke tenancy agreements:
The fees quoted are on the basis that the agreement will be a varient of our standard. If you wish us to adapt a different agreement then there may be a further charge. Please email if you require details.

Tenancy Agreements Amendments Service

We have a large selection of different tenancy agreements available for our annual members, and in most cases one of these will suit your needs. However if your circumstances are unusual and you want special clauses inserted, we can do this for you (subject to the clause/s being appropriate and allowable under the legisation), via our tenancy amendments service.

Please note the following:-

We will require payment in advance of the fixed fee before any work can be carried out - this can either be paid online by credit card, or by sending us a cheque.
When instructing us you must complete our instruction form or we will not be able to carry out the work.
If your internet software blocks popups, you will need to enable popups on the instruction forms, as popups are used here to warn you if the form is not completed properly. Forms not completed properly will not be sent, and we will be unable to do your work
The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

Standard Tenancy Agreement - basic amendments
If you want just a few basic alterations made to our online tenancy agreements, you can use this service. This will cover up to five amendments to our standard. If you require more amendments than this you will have to use the bespoke tenancy agreement service. £92.00

Bespoke Tenancy Agreement
If you want a tenancy (or license) agreement for your particular circumstances, you can instruct us to draft a 'bespoke' agreement for you, which will be based on one of our standard agreements. This service includes advice (where appropriate) on the proposed terms requested by you. £352.50

Tenancy Agreement Check
In view of the Office of Fair Trading's guidance on Unfair Terms in Tenancy Agreements, all existing tenancy agreements should be regularly reviewed. If you prefer not to use one of the Landlord-Law agreements, get your current tenancy agreement checked by us. £470
