Landlord Law upgrade & existing members offer

We are currently working on a major upgrade of Landlord Law. This will be a completely new site and service, and will incorporate many social media features.

For example:

there will be more forum/discussion areas in different parts of the site - which will be much easier to use than the current forum
commenting will be enabled on much of the site content (eg much of the FAQ) - so you will be able to make points and ask questions about the FAQ content,
there will be a new suppliers area replacing the current weblinks section - so you can find out more about relevant suppliers and any offers they have for Landlord Law members,
there will be a new members home page with more information about your subscription and services, including saved 'favourite' Landlord Law pages - so it will be easier for you to deal with admin, and when you find a page on the site you know you will need again, you will be able to find it easily (Landlord Law is a BIG site)
there will be an exciting new tenancy agreement service, where you will be able to create your own agreement by selecting from different options - so you will be able to have an agreement which suits *you* and your situation

We are also working on other new features which we will reveal later.

Special offer for existing members

This new service will cost more than the current service. The final fees are not yet set, but we anticipate that the new service will cost in the region of £175 pa.

However, if you are a paid up annual member at the time of launch of the new site, you will be passported through to the new site AND you will able to continue to subscribe at the existing rate (£80 pa) indefinitely so long as you renew your membership promptly. This is a 'thank you' to all existing members, some of whom have been with us a long time.

The opportunity to subscribe at £80 pa will be lost though, if you do not join up before the new site launches We are currently working towards a launch date in late August, possibly early September.

There will be further offers, including a special launch offer, but none of these will allow you to subscribe indefinitely for the £80 per year.
