There are four sets of terms and conditions on this site (well after all Tessa is a solicitor ...) Three of these are the pdf documents linked above.

The first are the conditions relating to membership of Landlord-Law. If you wish to become a member you will have to consent to these.

The second are for clients - ie when a member instructions us to do legal work, for example drafting a 'bespoke' tenancy agreement or bringing proceedings for possession. These terms and conditions set out the basis under which we will act for the fixed fees charged.

The third apply to the members discussion forum (this is only open to monthly and annual members)

The fourth are our terms and conditions for the online kits. These terms and conditons are not in pdf format and are linked below.

We have tried to make these terms and conditions as clear as we can - if there are any parts which you find totally incomprehensible, please let us know using the feedback facility, and we will see if they can be re-worded.
