The Flagship Home Project. This is an innovative eco development in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. See also the pdf below.
The Green Value Report is an international study on the benefits of green building, based mainly on projects in North America, here linked from the RICS web-site. Two of the projects looked at are residential. Although high value (and beyond the resources of most readers!), they are worth reading about to see what can be done.
