Landlord-Law is not a tax site and Tessa, being a solicitor and not an accountant, does not do any tax work. However we appreciate that, as landlords, tax is an important matter for you. We have therefore put some resources together on this page which you might find helpful. Note that all the links in this page are to external sites and will open in a new window.

The Property Tax Portal:
This is a very useful site with considerable information on tax matters. For example they have a series of articles which you can read via on their web-site. Plus they have over 100 tax questions which have been answered on the site by their property tax experts.
The Property Tax Portal also run an e-zine, Tax Insider whose content includes property, business, personal, VAT and offshore taxation. For a free trial version click here.

This web-site (from Yardleystar Accountancy) provides specialist online accountancy services for landlords. Visit the web-site to see what is included.

The Tax-Cafe bookshop:
Tax cafe have been known for some time for their excellent tax resources. They have now created a page for Landlord Law users where you can view tax articles, sign up for a tax newsletter, and purchase books and other items.
