Law Reform

Consultations

Part of the democratic process is the issuing of consultation papers by Government and the Law Commission, so the views of the public and relevant organisations can be sought while new legislation is being developed.

The most recent consultation is included in the governments response to the Rugg Report. This considers, among other things, landlord licensing and mandatory agent regulation. Click here for our online answerform.
