The standard agreement is fairly long, so consider reducing your environmental impact by doing the following:

- print back to back/(duplex) if you can

- use the renewal form for your existing tenants (so long as their current agreement is not too old), and

- use re-cycled paper

Tenancy agreement for agents using TDS

This section contains a tenancy agreement specifically designed for letting agents using the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) provided by the Dispute Service. It should not be used in any other circumstances.

The agreement is for a whole house or flat, with rent payable monthly, and with provision for the agent to include additional clauses.

At present only the one agreement is provided, but if agent members require any variations, these can be done and loaded up. Note that if you want to take a guarantee, you can use the separate form of guarantee you will find in the other documents section.
