Application to join Landlord Law - offline procedure
Thank you for choosing to join Landlord Law as a +Plus annual member. This is the procedure to use if you prefer not to make payment online via paypal. Note that if you select this option there is an additional administration fee of £20 which is non refundable, bringing the annual membership fee up to £200 (inclusive of VAT).
Payment offline is only available for annual membership.
The procedure is as follows:
- you should read this page carefully, including our terms and conditions (you will find links to them below)
- you should then send an email (see the bottom of this page) giving your details and invoice address
- we will then draw up an invoice and send it to you for payment, together with an application form
- payment can be via cheque, BACS transfer, or by credit card
- Once we have received payment and the completed application form, we will activate your account and send your login details to you.

We set out below some points regarding our service which have caused misunderstanding in the past. However please note that by joining Landlord Law you are signing up to ALL our terms and conditions, not just the points below.

The legal information on this site is only relevant for property in England and Wales UK.
Membership is for one person only. If two names are given on the application form, the subscription will be amended to go in the name of the person first named. .
You cannot join as a firm, the member has to be an individual.
Cancellation and refunds - you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund (except for the £20 administration fee) at any time during the first 14 days after your membership starts.
If you want to cancel please can you sent us a message via the Landlord Law internal messaging system (available in your My Landlord Law area) or send an email to tessa@landlordlaw.co.uk. If you tell us in a telephone call, note that we will need an email AS WELL.
For the avoidance of doubt, please note that we do not provide a free telephone helpline or free email advice service for individual legal problems, as part of your membership. However you will be able to use the members discussion forum to ask questions, and there is a paid for fixed fee advice service for more complex problems..
