Tessa Shepperson is a specialist solicitor and author on residential landlord and tenant law. 

She can help if you need someone for general tenancy matters, and landlords and tenants legal rights and responsibilities, including eviction and tenancy deposit issues.

She can also talk about lodgers (see her Lodger Landlord website)

However Tessa does not cover convyancing or financial matters (such as mortgages).  Neither does she speak on long leases or general property law matters (other than in general terms).

Subject to availabity Tessa is happy to talk to reserachers, and take part in programs.  She is based in Norwich, Norfolk within walking distances of the BBC East Norwich studios in the Forum.

Tessa has in the past been on Radio Norfolk and several other local radio programs speaking on landlord and tenant and lodger issues, as well as general interest programs (for example Radio Norfolk ladies at lunch), and has also appeared on local BBC news.
