Our telephone number is 01603 763096, but we do not provide any kind of telephone helpline for callers problems. We do not give legal advice to callers.
We will try to respond to telephone messages if we can, but if your are ringing about something urgent, please send an email as well as leaving a message. We tend to check emails more requently than telephone messages.
Tenants can usually get preliminary telephone advice from the housing charity Shelter via their Shelterline on 0808 800 4444.
We will give help to Landlord Law members who are having technical difficulties using our service. If this is you, please can you have your membership details ready as we will need to check this.
Complaints
If you have any complaints about our service, please e mail us. We will endeavour to respond to you within five working days. Our clients complaints procedure can be viewed >> here.
If we have not answered your email: We get huge amounts of spam at Landlord-Law. If you have not heard from us it may be that your email has been incorrectly classed as spam.
If you are tying to contact us and think your email may have been classed as spam, please re-send your message by a normal email progam without any html, as this is unlikely to be classed as spam.
Note though that we do sometimes take a while to respond to requests, and may not have time to respond to requests (for example for links) which we consider inappropriate.
