Online consultations
An innovative new service:
- Which will let you discuss your case or situation with Tessa via an online room
- The software will allow Tessa to share her screen with you so you can see documents or websites
- More than one person can attend the consultation and join in the discussion
Our special software service allows us to meet with clients online in a training or consultation room.
During the consultation Tessa will be able to share her computer screen with you and show you documents or internet websites as part of the consulation. You will be able to talk to her and discuss your case.
The system allows several people to attend the consultation. The fixed fee is on the basis of up to four people, or more by special arrangement. They do not all need to be Landlord Law members, so long as at least one Landlord Law member attends the consultation.
You do not need any special software for our consultation service other than a computer, along with either a headphone and mike set or a telephone. For more information see the technical specifications towards the bottom of the page.
It can be used for:
- Discussion about a particuar landlord and tenant situation - for example about the best course of action to take with your troublesome tenant Mr Z
- Discussion about general situations / problems - for example something your team encounters and you want to throw a few ideas around on how to deal with them and get legal feedback
- Maybe if you are thinking of stating a new service and want to brainstorm some ideas with the benefit of Tessa's landlord and tenant legal knowledge
This is how it works
- You click the link to purchase a consultation (Landlord Law members only)
- After you have paid the fee, Tessa will send you a link to an online form where you can give details of your problem. You will also need to send Tessa copies of your (relevant) documents, preferably in electronic format. Pdfs or jpg files only please.
- We will then agree a time for the consultation to take place. Tessa will set up the online session and will email you details.
- At the time of the consultation, you will need to log into the consultation room with the login details which will have been sent to you. If you do not have a headset and mike (for the audio) you can call the telephone number provided.
- The consultation to last up to 45 minutes. The fee includes Tessa's time in reading your paperwork and doing preliminary research.
Inclusive fee £198 (£165 plus VAT) payable in advance - members only
