Membership is for one person only. If two names are given on the application form, the subscription will be amended to go in the name of the person first named on the form.
Only annual members can read and download the forms and the free tenancy agreements.
Our money back guarantee is only available for monthly members - if you join as an annual member we will not refund your membership fee if you change your mind. If you are not sure whether the site is suitable for your needs, join as a monthly member - you can always upgrade later if you wish.
For the avoidance of doubt, please note that we do not provide a free telephone helpline or free email advice service for individual legal problems, as part of your membership. If you require immediate access to the site, you should use the online procedure, as it may take several days to get access if you use the offline procedure, even if the form is faxed to us.
