You can see what types of agreements are available but you will not be able to download them unless you are an annual member and other formsFor example in this section you will find a form for taking details from prosepctive new tenants (including possession notices)
- Use the Rent Arrears Action PlanThis has guidance, letters and checklists to help landlords whose tenants fall into arrears, from day one

- If you want to download a tenancy agreement or a form - you will need to be an annual member
- If you want to evict your tenantThis page has details of our repossession service for members - you will need to be an annual member to download the possession notices and then to either instruct Tessa to actThis is the section where you would instruct Tessa or buy one of our online kitsThis link takes you to the main kits section, see also the information there linked from the orange box in the left margin
- If you want to use the forms but are worried that the Landlord-Law web-site will not work with your computer - join as a monthly member and then upgrade to annual (or cancel if you find you have problems)
- If you have an unusual problem - join as a monthly member first. If the site is unsuitable for you, then you will be able to cancel and obtain a refund. If the site is suitable but does not cover your particular problem, you can ask Tessa a question on the forum
- If you are an advisor - you will normally want to join as an annual member, so you can access the case reports and online forms. If you are VAT registered you will be able to claim back the VAT element of the membership fee.
