Landlord Monthly Subscription Terms Conditions
Thank you for choosing to join Landlord Law as a monthly Landlord member. This is the most affordable option, as you pay smaller regular payments rather than one lump sum per year.
However if you are looking to be a permenant member, note that the annual membership is better value (for example for agents and advisors). Click here to go to the annual membership sign up page.
When you go through to pay pal you will be charged your membership fee for this month, and will also be signed up to make regular monthly payments. This means that your membership will not lapse by mistake (and you will not lose all your saved documents).
You can cancel this recurring payment at any time via pay pal.
You do not have to have a pay pal account, as you can also pay via credit card via the pay pal link below.
Our terms and conditions.
You need to confirm that you accept our terms and conditions before joining. You will find these >> here.
We set out below some points regarding our service which have caused misunderstanding in the past. However please note that by joining Landlord Law you are signing up to ALL our terms and conditions, not just the points below.
*****
The legal information on this site is only relevant for property in England and Wales UK.
Membership is for one person only. If two names are given on the application form, the subscription will be amended to go in the name of the person first named.
You cannot join as a firm, the member has to be an individual.
Cancellation and refunds - you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund at any time during the first 14 days after your membership starts.
If you forget to cancel your subscription before the recurring payment is deducted, you can also cancel within seven days and receive a full refund of that payment.
If you want to cancel please can you sent us a message via the Landlord Law internal messaging system (available in your My Landlord Law area) or send an email to tessa@landlordlaw.co.uk. But as emails do sometimes get classed incorrectly as spam, using the internal message system may be safer.
For the avoidance of doubt, please note that we do not provide a free telephone helpline or free email advice service for individual legal problems, as part of your membership. However you will be able to use the members discussion forum to ask questions, and there is a paid for fixed fee advice service for more complex problems.
Once you have made payment online, you will receive an email with your login details. You will then be able to access the closed part of the site.
If you do not receive your login details email within a few minutes after your payment has gone through (it is sent out automatically) this will normally be because you made an error inputting your email address. Make sure you enter your email address correctly to prevent this happening.
Your payment will appear on your credit card statement under the name of TJ Shepperson.
