'One to one' services

This sets out membership entitlements for the different membership types.

The following one to one services are also available to all Landlord Law members:

Online consultation  ** New**

Up to an hours discussion using our online meeting room software.  Up to four people can attend (more  can attend by arrangment) and discuss your legal problem with Tessa Shepperson. 

As part of the consultation Tessa will be able to show you documents, web pages, or demonstrate where relevant information can be found on the Landlord Law site.  You will need to provide full details of the problem and relevant paperwork so she can do some research in advance.

Each consultation to take place at a time convenient to you, full details will be given for accessing the online meeting room.

Fee for consultation is £198 (inclusive of preparation and research)

Fixed fee advice

This  is for a written advice or opinion which will be emailed to you within a few days of receiving your paperwork.  For example tenancy agreements, notices etc.  One 'follow up' email is included in the price.

Fee for the fixed fee advice is £95

Telephone advice

A telephone consultation with Tessa Shepperson for up to 1/2 hour.  Useful if you just want to talk to someone about your problem.  

The fee for telehphone consultaiton is £60

Members discussion forum

All members can ask brief questions of Tessa in the members dicussion forum.  Answers will be loaded up normally within 24 hours alhtough is may be longer at weekends and bank holidays.
