If you are a member and have forgotton your password please use the 'forgotten password' link you will find at the top right of the screen. If you have forgotten your username and/or ID number, you can 
contact us with your full name and email address. Your user name and password will be emailed to you after we have verified your details.
Note: please email rather than telephone, as our telephonist does not have access to the admin area of the site, so therefore cannot check your membership details.
If you have tried unsucessfully to log in with a user name and password we supplied, you may find that your subscription period has expired. You will have been sent reminder emails about this. Again, please contact us by email with your full name and email address, and we can check your status.
