Welcome to the entrance hall of the Landlord-Law discussion forum. This can only be used by annual and monthly members of Landlord-Law. To enter the forum, proceed as follows:

• If you are a new member, wait until you have received email notification from Tessa that you have been registered in the forum
• Make sure you are logged into Landlord-Law as a monthly or annual member, and then click the link on your right.
• The forum will open in a new window, and your Landlord-Law username and password will automatically be entered into the fields, so just click to login
• If you have changed your Landlord Law username and/or password recently we will need to amend your forum login details. We will do this as soon as we can, but if you encounter any problem try using your old login details.
• Once in the forum, new members should first read the welcome section and the FAQ (which you will find linked from one of the buttons at the top right) before doing anything else. You should also ensure that you have read our forum terms and conditions

As well as discussing matters with other members, forum users can also ask Tessa (short) questions. These will normally receive a response within 48 hours excluding bank holidays and weekends.
