Complaints
If you have any complaints about our service, please e mail us. We will endeavour to respond to you within five working days.
If we have not answered your email: We get huge amounts of spam at Landlord-Law. If you have not heard from us it may be that your email has been incorrectly classed as spam and been deleted. We now receive such large amounts of spam that we do not have time to check all the emails put in the spam folder, so if your email is put there by the system, it will probably not be spotted.
If you are tying to contact us and think your email may have been classed as spam and deleted, please re-send your message by a normal email progam without any html, as this is unlikely to be classed as spam.
Note though that we do sometimes take a while to respond to requests for links (and may not have time to respond to requests which we consider inappropriate).
