Our guarantee to you

When you buy a product, you can't always be SURE that it is right for you.  Sometimes you misread the product information and find you have bought something unsuitable, or maybe it was not written clearly and you misunderstood.

It is therefore comforting to know that in those circumstances the supplier will cancel and give a refund. 

On Landlord Law, our terms and condtions provide that if you are a new member, we will cancel your membership and refund your payment without question, provided you let us know within 14 days.  We think that is long enough for people to find out whether a service is suitable for them or not.

Note however that if you have been a member before, or if you tell us after 14 days, refunds are only given at our discretion.

The payment will be refunded in full, unless you have joined via the offline procedure, when we will retain the administration fee of £20 (as we will have done the extra administration).

If you want to cancel your membership:

• Contact us within 14 days of the start of your membership, either by email or by the internal message system
• You need to give your name and the email address you used when you joined, so we can find you in our system
• We will then cancel your membership and refund your fee - normally this will be refunded by pay pal.

Recurring payments

If you are a landlord member and do not wish to continue your membership, but have forgotten to cancel your recurring payment, we will also cancel and refund the most recent payment, provided you contact us within seven days of the payment being made.

Multi user membership

Because of the amount of time it takes to set up a multi user membership, this guarantee does not apply, and cancellation and refund will only be granted at our discretion.
