New video content - the new content for annual members (see further below)

Do it yourself kits - now available for (full) annual members - previously only available on separately, the popular do it yourself litigation kits have now been moved over to the Landlord Law site and are available now for (full) annual members.

Featured content  - videos

This is a completely new type of content that I am developing for the site. Fairly short videos (all under 10 minutes at present) explaining a specific area of law or practice.

Underneath the video are links to pages or services referred to in the video or which are particularly relevant. If you have any questions or comments on the video content, these can be made via the comments section at the bottom of the page.

At present I have just done videos for the Rent Arrears Action Plan, but over time I will be adding video explanation for other parts of the site. For example for selected FAQ.

Many experienced landlords will not need the video content. However it may be useful for new staff and trainees, as many people find it easier to learn by watching and listening, rather than reading.

The video content will only be available to full annual members so any monthly or original Landlord Law members will need to upgrade their membership if they want to use them.
