This is a very important part of the Landlord Law site as it is where I interact with members. Any member can come here and ask me a question, and I will generally respond within 24 hours (maybe longer at weekends and bank holidays).

The forum is also very useful as a record of my answers to all the other questions asked by members. So if you have a problem, it is well worth coming her to see what other people have asked.

Members can also use the forum to discuss matters of interest and this is done sometimes, but the most common use of the forum is to ask me to answer questions!
